					</table><p>Robotic solar module cleaning equipment supplier <a href="https://www.leapting.com/en/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">LEAPTING</a> has signed an agreement with <a href="https://waareertl.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Waaree Renewables</a> to deploy over 2,000 water-free, fully automatic solar module cleaning robots for three solar projects in Rajasthan with a total capacity of 1.2 GW.</p>
<p>The solar systems will be mounted on two-in-portrait fixed-tilt mounting structures.</p>
<p>LEAPTING will deploy its G1 automatic solar module cleaning robots. The company claims this model is optimized for tracker-based solar projects, offers high cleaning efficiency, has low operating and maintenance costs, and has been proven in dusty, high-temperature environments.</p>
<p>In December 2025, LEAPTING <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/leapting-to-supply-module-cleaning-robots-for-adanis-2-gw-solar-project" target="_blank" rel="noopener">signed</a> an agreement with Adani Solar to provide its G1 cleaning robots and integrated intelligent cleaning service systems for Adani Group’s 2 GW solar project.</p>
<p>In the same month, LEAPTING <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/leapting-secures-1-gw-solar-module-cleaning-robot-order-from-renew" target="_blank" rel="noopener">secured</a> an order from ReNew Power to supply automatic solar module cleaning robots for more than 1 GW of capacity across two utility-scale solar projects in India. LEAPTING will supply around 2,500 G1 robots for the two projects combined.</p>
<p>In November, LEAPTING <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/leapting-to-supply-module-cleaning-robots-to-blupines-solar-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">secured</a> a contract with renewable solutions provider BluPine Energy to supply 662 units of its G1 2P fully automatic cleaning robots. The cleaning robots will be deployed in two 100 MW solar projects in Radhanpur, Gujarat. They have a modular design for easy maintenance and remote control via long-range/4 G wireless communication technology, capable of cleaning up to 4,000㎡ per hour.</p>
<p>In the same month, LEAPTING announced that it is progressively shipping 2,700 G1 robots to a 750 MW Indian solar project.</p>
<p>According to Mercom’s India Solar Market Leaderboard 2025 report, LEAPTING <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/robotic-solar-module-cleaning-equipment-market-leaders-in-1h-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">emerged</a> as one of the top five robotic solar module cleaning equipment suppliers to the Indian solar market in 2024. The company held a 9.8% market share in the robotic solar module cleaning equipment supplier industry.</p>

					</table><p><a href="http://www.solbrighttech.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Langfang Sol-Bright New Energy</a> will supply its water-free robotic solar module cleaning systems to <a href="https://ampin.energy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">AMPIN Energy Transition</a>’s 160 MW wind-solar hybrid projects in Rajasthan.</p>
<p>The supply contract entails the provision of both fully automatic and semi-automatic advanced versions of Sol-Bright’s robotic cleaning systems, as well as the installation of 1P Single-Axis Trackers.</p>
<p>The systems are expected to be deployed in the fourth quarter of 2025.</p>
<p>To date, Sol-Bright has supplied nearly 100,000 units of robots for an estimated 40 GW projects worldwide, covering more than 195 solar projects.</p>
<p>Langfang Sol-Bright New Energy was among the top five robotic solar module cleaning equipment suppliers to the Indian solar market in 2024, according to Mercom’s <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/product/mercoms-india-solar-market-leaderboard-cy-2024-market-shares-profiles" target="_blank" rel="noopener">India Solar Market Leaderboard 2025 r</a>eport. The company held an 18% market share.</p>
<p>According to industry experts, robotic cleaning of solar modules is six times more <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/robotic-solar-module-cleaning-is-six-times-cheaper-than-traditional-means" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cost-effective</a> than traditional methods. Robotic cleaning is a rapidly growing industry globally, as well as in India. However, a lack of awareness about the technology among solar project developers is still an issue.</p>
<p>Recently, data center company Nxtra Data, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/nxtra-to-source-power-from-ampins-13-mw-solar-project-in-maharashtra" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> it will procure power from a 13.2 MW solar project in captive mode from AMPIN Energy C&amp;I Sixteen, a special purpose vehicle of AMPIN C&amp;I.</p>
<p>In September this year, AMPIN <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/ampins-commissions-50-mw-open-access-solar-project-in-chhattisgarh" target="_blank" rel="noopener">commissioned</a> a 50 MW open access solar power project in Chhattisgarh’s Bemetara district. The project supplies renewable energy to Texmaco Rail and Engineering. The company is also constructing a 21 MW solar project and developing another 100 MW of renewable capacity in the state.</p>
<p>In March 2025, AMPIN Energy Transition <a href="https://mercomindia.com/ampin-energy-secures-50-million-investment-from-siemens-financial-services" target="_blank" rel="noopener">secured</a> an investment of $50 million (~₹4.28 billion) from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG. The investment will strengthen AMPIN’s position in India’s renewable energy transition. It will also fuel the company’s growth in commercial and industrial, as well as utility-scale, renewable energy projects.</p>
