The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) recently directed Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to compensate a solar developer for the additional cost incurred due to the imposition of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
