The renewable energy subsidiary of Nickel Asia Corp (NAC), Emerging Power, signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Netherlands-based Shell Overseas Investments (Shell) to develop, own, operate, and maintain onshore clean energy projects in the Philippines.
