Rajasthan has formulated Saur Krishi Ajivika Yojna (SKAY) under Component C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) to promote decentralized solar projects development at load centers having predominantly agriculture consumption in rural areas.
