The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has ruled in favor of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Sahakari Sakar Karkhana Ltd. which had filed a petition regarding its 25.7 MW bagasse-based cogeneration power project.
