Heavy Civil Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro (L&T), has secured an order from Torrent Energy Storage Solutions, an arm of Torrent Power, for the construction of the 3,000 MW Saidongar-1 Pumped Storage Project in the Raigad district of Maharashtra.
