The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) recently allowed the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) to procure 300 MW of solar power from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) at a tariff of ₹2.44 (~$0.032)/kWh.
