The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) has given its go-ahead to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to begin the development of a 4 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the city of Lucknow.
