ACME Cleantech Solutions won Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) auction to supply 100,000 tons per annum (TPA) of green ammonia under the Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition (SIGHT) program (Mode-2A-Tranche-I). ACME quoted a tariff of ₹49.75 (~$0.569)/kg, the lowest in the SIGHT Scheme (Mode-2A), to win the auction. The previous lowest tariff was ₹50.75 (~$0.569)/kg. The green ammonia will be supplied to the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative in Paradeep, Odisha, for ten years.
