Hexa Climate Solutions, ACME Solar Holdings, and Avaada Energy are winners in NTPC’s auction to supply 1,200 MW of firm and dispatchable power with assured peak power supply from interstate transmission system-connected renewable energy projects. Hexa Climate won 300 MW at a tariff of ₹4.69 (~$0.0556)/kWh. ACME Solar quoted ₹4.70 (~$0.0557)/kWh to win 400 MW. Avaada won 60 MW out of the quoted capacity of 250 MW at ₹4.70 (~$0.0557)/kWh under the bucket-filling method. The tender was issued in June this year.
