Bengaluru-based Ciel Et Terre Solar Pvt. Ltd. (CTSP), an Indian subsidiary of Ciel & Terre, a French floating solar specialist, has announced its first 450 kW floating solar project installed at CIAL Golf course at the Cochin airport.
