Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a defence public sector undertaking (PSU), has successfully completed the construction of a 16 MW solar PV project at the Heavy Vehicle Factory (HVF) premises in Avadi locality of Tamil Nadu’s capital city Chennai.
