The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission has directed the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (APTRANSCO) to refund the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) charges amounting to ₹4.8 million (~$55,954) to Aurobindo Pharma.
